Enjoy the flavor of the Antilles: avocado and radish feroce

In today's recipe we bring you a Caribbean dish with which to combat this heat, specifically a delicious avocado with radishes. What is a fierce? It is a specialty of the Antillean Islands whose preparation is similar to guacamole. It receives the name "feroce" because of the touch that the chili gives it. You decide the degree of spiciness!
 
Ingredients:
🔸 2 ripe avocados
🔸 300 g desalted cod crumbs
🔸 1 clove of garlic
🔸 1 chili
🔸 1 purple onion
🔸 30 ml olive oil
🔸 2 limes
🔸 50 g cassava flour
🔸 Toasted baguette toasts
🔸 A bunch of radishes

Elaboration:
Cook the desalted cod in water. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and drain. Pour the chopped onion, garlic, chili and oil into a food processor and chop. Mash the avocados with a fork and add them to the previous mixture as well as the lemon juice and cassava flour. Add the crumbled cod and mix. Serve with the toasted bread and fresh radishes.
