Family cooking: caprese quesadilla

For the first recipe of our 'Family Cooking' campaign we wanted to propose an easy, healthy dish that the little ones love to prepare: delicious caprese-style quesadillas . A combination of very economical ingredients that will transport you to the islands of Italy.

These are the steps:
- We start by cutting the tomato into slices.
- We break the basil leaves with our hands (the knife rusts the leaf)
- Heat the tortilla in the pan on both sides until golden brown.
- We place the mozzarella, tomato and basil in the center
- We fold the quesadilla in half and leave it in the pan until the cheese melts. Ready!
